The International Disability Alliance (IDA) will be organizing a set of events in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from the 25th of July until the 4th of August 2022. We are looking for a fully wheelchair accessible hotel in the city, in close vicinity to the international airport, emergency medical services, pharmacies, bank, main road, etc.

For the purposes of the event, we will be requiring the following:

• Room accommodation for approximately 100 people,
• 3 fully wheelchair accessible rooms with a walk-in/roll-in shower,
• Wheelchair accessible meeting room accommodating a minimum of 150 people respecting the social distancing and COVID-19 measures (Please refer to IDA COVID-19 Safety Protocol 2021),
• Conference catering,
• Audio/Visual system in the meeting room.
